Superbuy spreadsheet FAQ from fourteen years of parcel traffic

Answers shaped around what veteran buyers ask: storage days, how many QC photos are included, how 100+ lines differ, and where beginners usually lose money.

Basics

Why trust a Superbuy-based sheet at all?

Because the rows are filtered against a fourteen-year-old fulfilment stack rather than against wishful screenshots. Every row has been chosen expecting it to survive QC.

Is browsing enough, or do I need an account?

Browsing is open. The account matters once you want storage days to start counting, QC photos to be attached to your parcel, and a shipping choice to be made.

What kinds of items dominate these rows?

Sneakers, hoodies, jackets, bags and gadgets — things where batch differences are visible in photos and therefore worth the QC step before shipping.

Buying & payment

Which sources can Superbuy buy from?

Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and JD. Weidian often carries small designer runs that never appear elsewhere; 1688 covers the same basics at wholesale pricing.

What is the free QC photo allowance?

Standard sets are provided without charge, which covers normal inspection. Extra angles or precise measurements are paid add-ons — worth every cent on expensive rows.

How long can I leave things in the warehouse?

A long free window applies before fees start; ninety days is the figure people remember. Exact terms and any paid extensions sit in your Superbuy account.

QC & shipping

With 100+ lines available, how do I choose?

Match line to what you are shipping: heavy low-value hauls want sea or economy, urgent or fragile wants tracked air. The cheapest line is rarely the cheapest outcome.

Is consolidation worth it for mixed categories?

Almost always. One parcel spreads the first-kilo charge across every row, and removing retail boxes usually cuts volumetric weight more than expected.

Will the QC photos show a fake?

They show what the item looks like, not its provenance. Photos catch construction and print quality; authenticity is yours to judge, and branded claims deserve scepticism.

Money & safety

Where does a first-time budget usually break?

Freight and volumetric weight, not the item. People budget for the row and forget the box; estimate shipping before you pay for the goods, not after.

How do I keep a large haul legal?

Avoid restricted categories, declare real values, and split parcels when the volume is large. Clever declarations are what turns a cheap haul into a seized one.

What if something is damaged on arrival?

Compare against your QC photos and open the case immediately inside Superbuy — timing matters, and photos from before shipping are the strongest evidence you have.

A reference guide. Superbuy's published storage terms, photo quotas and line availability are what actually apply to your order.
